Dave Watson has represented injured people and their families in personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout Pennsylvania for the past 30 years. He has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. In 2007, Dave obtained a multimillion-dollar jury verdict in a medical malpractice case that is still the largest award ever obtained in Pennsylvania for a wife’ s damage from an injury to her husband.

Since graduating from Duquesne Law School in 1983, Dave’s practice has focused exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death cases as well as Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability matters. He has the highest Martindale Hubble rating from his peers (AV) and is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County and the Pennsylvania and American Association of Justice. These organizations are dedicated to serving the interests of injured persons and their families.

Dave’s personal interests are spending time with his wife, two daughters and his dogs. He plays tennis and runs marathons.
